Yard Waste, consisting of grass clippings and leaves must be placed in brown paper bags for collection.  Small tree limbs of less than two (2( inches in diameter and four (4) feet in length, small branches and brush not more than four (4) feet in length and easily handled by one person, shall be securely bundled and tied and placed at the curb for yard waste collection.
