Mission Statement:
The Department of Public Works mission is to support and promote a high quality of life for the town's residents by providing well planned environmentally sensitive, cost effective services to promote public health, public safety, economic growth, and civic vitality.
Marvin (Ty) Cradle Jr
On the surface, Marvin (Ty) Cradle is an accomplished Manager with over 15 years of experience. Who has spent most of his years in the DPW, Logistics and in the Transportation Industry. He started employment with the Town of Fairmount Heights in April 2023.
He is a team leader who provides guidance, instruction, direction to a group of individuals for the purpose of achieving key results and working towards accomplishing goals.
He enjoys spending his free time with his family, comedy shows, music, movies, traveling and watching sports.
His mission is “To enhance the quality of life throughout the community by designing, building and maintaining the Public Works Department. To better serve the Town by providing the best quality, responsive and dependable service on a daily basis”.
